Comparative efficiency analysis of application of the combined heat supply sources

In article the principles of an assessment of tariff consequences at inclusion in the scheme of heat supply of sources of the combined development of thermal energy taking into account balance of loadings of the sources of thermal energy operating in a uniform zone of heat supply are stated. The main attention is concentrated on calculation of the discounted heat supply cost at different options of distribution of utilization of capacity of sources. Calculation is made on the basis of financial model ofterm from year 2016 toyear 2030 in nominal value, key parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the Russian Federation and limits of the prices (tariffs) for services of the companies of infrastructure sector for year 2017 and on planning period fromyear 2018 to year 2019. On the basis of the obtained data the conclusion is drawn on inexpediency of inclusion in the scheme of heat supply of the combined development of thermal energysources.
