Features of management and rationing of experimental and design works

The article investigates the theoretical-and-methodological aspects of managing and rationing the scientific-and-research and experimental-and-design works in terms of market economy. Special attention is paid to developing the norms of labor in experimental production, where the fixing the norms carries the probable character, and is difficult to identify the norms. Recommendations are made to optimize the norm base of labor costs by using the economic-and-mathematical methods.
