Military-economic mechanism of functioning combined logistics systems collective rapid reaction force

the present paper contains a description of the military-economic mechanism of the functioning of the logistical system of the Collective Forces of Operative Reaction. This mechanism supposes a combined character of the logistical system of the Collective Forces in order to ensure its scaling. A method of substantiation of the optimal composition of the logistical system of the Collective Forces is proposed.
