The Genesis and evolution of constitutional-legal regulation of local self-government in modern Russia

the article discusses the features of the Genesis and current phase of evolution of the constitutional-legal regulation of local self-government in Russia. In this case analyzes in detail the initial critical stage of transition from the Soviet system of democratic centralism to the idea of local government interpretations of local self-government in various projects of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, peculiarities of clarifying the constitutional-legal model of local selfgovernment in the legislation, its evolution during the modern period, peculiarities of the national model of relation of state power and local self-government and its development from an abstract idea about a complete separation to the realities of the incarnation in a more complex interaction.
