The legal basis of guardianship over full age citizens

This article discusses the grounds, procedure and legal effects of the recognition of the citizen incapacitated. The analysis of legal norms regulating General legal procedure for deprivation of the citizen of legal capacity. It is concluded that the legal basis for the regulation of rхelations associated with establishing guardianship is a court decision about recognition of the citizen incapacitated.
