Problem of operative changes in organizational managemaent of patriotic companies and organizations

In the conditions of modern Russian economics organizational managers of state and private organizations face with the problem provided with operative changes as a reaction on changes in external conditions. In the present article its author creates a new indicator for analyze of these changes. Its’ called coefficient of operative changes in moving resources between structural departments in answer to changes of the external factor. In the article, there are three examples of accounting this coefficient. Its’ accounted for the following pairs of organizations and external factors: credit organizations – currency courses, oil-industry plants – price of oil. This analyze of organizational management in Russian organizations demonstrates their main problem. Its’ provided with absence of standard methods for realizing operative changes as a reaction on changes in external conditions.
