Features of formation of the concept of control mechanism of customs import of agricultural machinery

In article need of development of the concept of the mechanism of customs regulation of import of the agricultural machinery allowing to apply systemically and in a complex measures of protection of domestic manufacturers and the Russian market of agricultural machinery in general is theoretically proved. The concept provides determination of parameters macro - and microeconomic conditions on the basis of an efficiency evaluation of legal regulation, the actual reservoir and competitiveness of the market of agricultural mechanical engineering as a component of agro-industrial complex.
