Legal effects of recognition of the citizen of the debtor insolvent (bankrupt)

At different stages of development of society views the institution of bankruptcy are changing and therefore the law should keep pace with the times and comply with its requirements. In connection with the innovations in legislation in this area has already started controversy among researchers about the positive effects and possible problems that will arise from future practice. According to the author, in the Russian legislation there are problematic aspects in this area that need to pay attention and make appropriate additions and changes. Therefore, the author of this article examines the legal consequences of the debtor under Russian law, as well as addresses the major components of the legal status of the debtor-citizen.
