Strategy development of the material and technical support in energy enterprise (on the example of the distribution network company)

The article substantiates the need to develop a strategy for the development of material and technical support as one of the functional strategies of the energy enterprise. The structure of the logistics development strategy is proposed. A strategic map for the development of logistics and strategic indicators was developed. Transformations of the organizational structure necessary for the implementation of the strategy are presented.
