Problematic aspects of mandatory pre-trail settlement of disputes in APC Russian Federation

This paper provides an analysis of the feasibility of the changes of the APC in terms of introduction of mandatory pre-trial settlement of disputes and judicial practice, showing some of the defects of legal technique design considered norms. The main explanations of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation are reflected, conclusions on the lifted problems are given.
