On the subject of some procedural aspects in individuals’ bankruptcy case

This article is about legislative changes in individuals’ bankruptcy cases. Authors analyze different aspects rehabilitation procedures, which are used in citizen’ bankruptcy case and their application in arbitration courts. Authors subscribe and classify legal requirements to documents, note some differences inprocedural deadlines and procedural capabilities to initiate proceedings without legal act came into force.
