The failure events of the crime as the basis of justification an analysis of the concept

The article offers a theoretical and practical analysis of one of the grounds of justification – the failure to find evidence of a crime. On the materials of judicial practice, this basis is considered in various aspects, allowing to identify its meaning for the rehabilitation of the defendant.
