In the modern era of increasing competition and unstable economic situation, the problem of improving the culture of management and the quality of business has become even more urgent. The analysis of theoretical and practical studies conducted by foreign and domestic scholars to create an efficient and adaptable system of management of the enterprises shows that the solution to this problem most often associated with improvement of key business processes. The research object of this article is the process of modeling and graphical representation of the underlying business process of the enterprise. The subject of this research is the enterprise of Krasnodar region, engaged in the exploration market of goods and services, which was selected for analysis and improvement. The aim of this work is to develop a program to improve the business process in the form of practical recommendations, defining the main directions of improvement, as well as graphic display of the underlying business process of the enterprise using IDEF methodology.
