Optimization of the application of rules 275-FZ in the performance and maintenance of state contracts through the Federal Treasury Department in the industry

The article considers the problem of optimizing the disposition of the funds received by the lead artists within the Treasury support of the state contracts and the state defense order № 275-FZ. Proposed mechanism for the harmonization of the current legislation and ensuring the repayment of government contracts.
