Legal analysis of activities of state and non-state bodies for the protection of the rights of citizens in their work on the Internet

As of December 2016, there are more than 250 million active websites, the number of Internet users worldwide approaching 2 billion, the Internet provides unique opportunities to communicate and move large amounts of data, copying, etc. Today, anyone feels uncomfortable, if for some time deprived of Internet access. The establishment of the global network of the Internet is the greatest invention of mankind, allowing each person to be a part of events in any part of the world, uniting humanity. Currently none of the countries have no codified legislation regulating legal relations in the Internet. Law enforcement in this area is not sufficiently developed, is complicated by the lack of a Federal law on the Russian segment, the extraterritorial nature of the Internet and other factors. Therefore, in this article, the author has carried out a legal analysis of activities of state and non-state bodies for the protection of the rights of citizens in their work on the Internet.
