Application of the advance cargo declaration by Russian companies: topical issues

For Russian companies importing the goods for further sale in the domestic market, reducing costs and expenses remains an urgent issue. Optimization of delivery routes and reducing customs costs allows companies to improve the efficiency of their foreign trade operations, even with other things being equal. In this article, taking into account import operations of a Russian enterprise, it is shown that electronic pre-declaration procedure helps to reduce costs and thus might be an effective tool in winning the competition.
