The concept and legal nature of the mechanism of counteraction of corruption in the Russian Federation

the author summarized the findings of scientific works of modern Russian jurists on the concept of the legal nature of the mechanism of counteraction of corruption in the Russian Federation. There are three main categories: mechanisms of prevention of corruption; mechanisms for the effective combating of corruption; cosmetically mechanisms of counteraction of corruption. Marked integrated the content of all design factors, apply anti-corruption standards in the field of public relations. The analysis allowed to formulate a General point of view legal nature and determination of the mechanism of counteraction of corruption.
