Analysis of the efficiency of counteraction of terrorism in Russia at the present stage by criminal and legal facilities

In the article the analysis of efficiency of measures of counteraction to terrorism in Russia at the present stage associated with the modernization of criminal law. The author comes to the conclusion that the effectiveness of preventive effects of criminal law depends on two factors: the proper construction of dispositions and sanctions of this rule, and the faithful application by the courts. The fight against terrorism requires a comprehensive approach, which should include measures of economic, political, social and legal nature.
