Legal bases of relationship management companies and inhabitants of apartment houses

In the article the author analyzes the activities of management companies managing apartment buildings, emphasizes the importance of changes in the supply of apartment buildings and communal resources and to provide consumers of public services, proposes to give the General meeting of owners of premises in an apartment house the right to make decision about payment for some or all of utilities management companies, to give the owners of premises in an apartment house the right of choice to contract supplies of resources with resource-supplying organization and pay them directly consumed utility services or the preservation of existing relations.
