This article describes the features of the application of Chapter 49.1. The labour code of the Russian Federation "peculiarities of regulation of labor of remote employees." In particular, the issues of signing an employment contract with a remote employee familiarization of the employee with local regulatory acts. Special attention is paid to the question of electronic documents between an employer and a remote employee.
