Administrative law measures to foreign persons, have committed administrative violations in the field of drug trafficking

The article considers an grounds administrative expulsion, decision to ban entry into the Russian Federation, decision on undesirability of stay from the Russian Federation of foreigners and stateless persons, in case of committed of the administrative violations to illegal drug turnover, and order of execution. The actual problems of law enforcement activity are revealed, the possible ways of their solution are proposed.
