The article analyzes the concept of "Rehabilitation of nazism", disposition of the criminal law norm. The elements of the crime in question are considered. Exam-ples are given from judicial practice, as well as difficulties of law enforcement of-ficers in qualifying. Suggestions were made to improve the criminal law norm, which provides for responsibility for the rehabilitation of Nazism.
