Innovative product personnel infrastructure of the bank

Analysis of the factors of profitability of the Russian banking sector for 8 months of 2017 showed them unsystematically, often opportunistic in nature. It is shown that the main perspective underlying factor of growth of financial results of credit institutions, improving their competitiveness is a policy of permanent innovation. Example of new product innovation leading banks belonging to the category of personnel management, is the vertical expert community.
