The regional innovations in the social work management (Novgorod region as an example)

The purpose of the resesrch is study innovation technologies of social services for old people. These innovations are represented in some RF's regions. The research has high importance in political and economic crisises. Practical part of the article is based on the provisions that are presented in "Road map" of Novgorod region for 2013-2018. Basic principles of increase of effectivness and social service quality that described in the "Road map" are analyzed in the research.
