Civil problems of contest of the registered rights for real estate

In article various ways of contest of the registered rights for real estate are considered. The developed jurisprudence is analyzed. The doctrinal points of view on ways of contest of the registered rights for real estate are investigated. On the basis of theoretical and practical prerequisites the conclusion about the choice of the most optimum of the specified ways is drawn.
