Attributes of detached disputes in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases

This article analyzes the structure of insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings in Russian Federation in relation with the emerging procedural legal relations, provides grounds for certain lawsuits within insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings referring to the category of a detached dispute. Attributes of detached disputes in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases are singled out by the author, theoretical grounding for its allotment is pointed out, concept of a “detached dispute” is formulated on the basis of the found attributes.
