The article discusses some aspects of the corporate governance system of the state Corporation and its organizations on the example of state Corporation "Roscosmos", the analysis of the efficiency of taking corporate and management decisions in the existing structure of joint-stock companies, the issues of enhancing effective management, the problems and shortcomings of the existing system of corporate governance.
