On the concept and characteristics of legal positions of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

the article describes the controversial issues of the concept of the right position of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and its main features. The conclusion formulated by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the basis of the conducted legal analysis and stated in its decision is commonly identified as his "legal position". Due to the lack of official concepts and legal positions in science there is no consensus on its definition. Signs right positions of the constitutional Court are: the universal validity, normativity, stability, direct action on the territory of the Russian Federation, the internal unity of the findings, as well as case law and human rights character.
