It is especially important in the period of increasing competition in all sectors of the economy, where the main indicators are rapidly falling, management of costs at enterprises of various types is provided. At the moment, there is a period of rapid completion of the growth of most companies, and the transition into the process of mergers and acquisitions. The productivity of internal branded business processes is rapidly becoming paramount not only for effective operations, but also for preserving its place in the market. The stumbling block in the issue of achieving the production efficiency of any enterprise remains the existence of an efficiently operating system of the company's enterprise. We also note that the fundamental nature of the company's competitive position in the modern market is characterized by the high efficiency of its financial management system of the company. The financial management system is a set of a number of tools through which the company's management can promptly generate reliable information about every aspect of the company's activities. And also monitor the compliance of the results of its activities with tactical goals and strategic plans, moreover, fully analyze the problems that arise in the process of operation of various types of enterprises and seek the best solutions.
