Cross-cultural analysis in the context of the question of the influence of values on organizational behavior and principles of economic behavior

The article is devoted to cross-cultural analysis. The focus is made on the connection of culture with organizational and economic behavior of individuals. The author supports the revision of the main methodological approaches of cross-cultural analysis, considering them outdated and do not fit into the context of modern study of civilizations. The article proposes to combine the civilizational approach in historical science with cross-cultural analysis in relation to cross-cultural management.
