According to various estimates, the digital economy carries huge changes for more than 50% of different industries. The digital transformation has become a priority for business leaders around the world as they seek to transform their operations to increase efficiency and improve customer service in the digital age. The article highlights the possibilities of the digital economy and articulates the problems caused by its development. Examples of modern developments in the field of new forms of business on interaction with the public sector in the field of ICT technologies are given. The ways of solving the problems arising at the same time, taking into account the international practice of digitalization of the economy, are indicated.
The key issue of the author scientific research state that public administration in the conditions of the accelerated economy digitalization has to be developed and transformed on the basis of the cloud universal platform available to all users on the system IT outsourcing principles.
Process of the research goal achievement is going to be described by author in several scientific articles. In this article the author is limited to consideration of public administration digitalization prerequisites.
