Consciousness is the basis of organic and constituent part of the legal life of organized society in the state. The sense of justice – a perfect phenomenon, not directly observable. It is represented as a sphere of consciousness, which reflects the legal reality in the form of legal knowledge and evaluative relationship to the law and the practice of the legal reality, value orientations and socio-legal settings that regulate human behavior in important from a legal point of view situations.
To education and the development of legal consciousness as a form of social consciousness is influenced by socio – political, cultural, and economic factors, it is interconnected, interacts with morality, political consciousness, art, philosophy, religion, science.
The specifics of the legal consciousness can be seen in the fact that it sees, and then reproduces surrounding reality through the prism of righteous, just, free. Sense of justice outlines the boundaries of lawful and unlawful, legal and not legal. It requires legal measures to legal support. Difference of legal consciousness from other forms of consciousness is that, to the maximum extent peculiar certainty, formalization and categorization. But above all, the sense of justice is focused on creating the necessary conditions for the realization of the rights of man and citizen.
