Prospects for enhancing the role of constitutional justice in the development of the Russian legal doctrine

the article Deals with the prospects of increasing the role of constitutional justice in the development of the Russian legal doctrine, including the prospects of strengthening the professional scientific capacity of the constitutional courts, strengthening the cooperation of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the constitutional (statutory) courts of the Russian Federation with educational and scientific organizations. The practice of creating scientific and methodological Advisory councils under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, constitutional (statutory) courts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and other state bodies, as well as the history of the formation and, in fact, the termination of the functioning of the relevant body under the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation is studied. The article argues for the need to restore the full and effective functioning of the scientific and methodological Advisory body to this Court, proposes specific areas of legal support for this process (including amendments to the legislation, the rules of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the adoption of the regulations on the Council)
