The actualization of a number of ideas of judicial reform of 1864 in the post-soviet period

The article analyzed the issues associated with the development of the judiciary in Russia, stresses that reform of 1864 helped to create the most advanced nineteenth-century judicial system, thanks to which were approved the fundamental principles of modern justice also discusses the use of a number of ideas of judicial reform of 1864 in the post-Soviet period. It is noted that judicial reform of 1864 require further research and understanding to create effective and independent judicial system in the Russian Federation.
