Theoretical approaches to the organization of management activity of the office of the troops of the national guards of the Russian Federation in the military management system

In this article, the features of the managerial activity of the officers of the troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation are examined. Specific characteristics of military management are considered with reference to general principles of management activity. The managerial activity of the officer is investigated from the point of view of certain peculiarities: one-man management, extreme conditions for accomplishing tasks, the use of weapons and military equipment. Particular attention is drawn to the successive stages of solving managerial tasks in the course of realizing the official powers of officers.
