Features of licensing of separate types of activities

the Relevance of this study due to the large number of legal acts regulating public relations in the field of licensing of certain types of activities. The author draws attention to the insufficiency of scientific research of the Institute of licensing of certain activities. Attention is drawn to the relationship to the licensing of communication services in the law on licensing and the law of communication. Introduction of the duplicate control function from the part of the self-regulating organizations which are engaged in licensed types of activity is noted. The article deals with the problems of legal regulation in the field of licensing, concerning the distribution of powers to license certain activities between different levels of public authorities.
