The article defines the role of an effective organization of labor remuneration in managing the human capital of oil and gas enterprises. The formation and improvement of human capital at enterprises is directly related to the employer's investment in human capital. A feature of this process at oil and gas enterprises is their effective organization of labor remuneration.
