The contents of stateless persons in the centers of temporary detention of foreign citizens: problems of law enforcement

This article will deal with the content of stateless persons in temporary detention centers for foreign citizens. On May 23, 2017, the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation No. 14-P was adopted, in which it was stated that the expediency of keeping aliens and stateless persons in temporary detention centers for foreign citizens should be evaluated by the court and if deportation or deportation of such citizens is virtually impossible or difficult the content of these citizens is inexpedient. With regard to a significant number of stateless persons, a decision was made on the undesirability of their stay on the territory of Russia, but the question remains how to implement the decision on expulsion in relation to them. All these problems we tried to discuss in this article.
