Every employer is obliged to provide his employees with a comfortable workplace that meets all security requirements. From the effectiveness of employees performing their labor duties depends on the result of work and, as a consequence, the company's profit. Conclusion of the contract on distance work enables the employer not to look for the possibility of creating new workplaces, which means some material costs, and the employee does not have to spend time to travel to work and work fruitfully in any convenient place.
