Realization of the FBS of Russia of powers to control (supervise) in the sphere of activity on the return of arrears

The subject of the research are the norms of administrative law and the practice of their application, as well as the opinions of scientists in scientific proceedings that disclose the direction of activities for collection of overdue debt, since the state of the economic and social sphere in the Russian Federation directly depends on the quality of the work of the Federal Bailiff Service. The purpose of the study is to research the administrative and legal status of the Federal Bailiff Service, as a federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation to maintain the state register, control (supervise) the activities of legal entities that carry out activities for the repayment of overdue debt as a core activity included in the state register, the identification of the relationship of these legal norms with the sustainable socio-economic development of society, as well as making proposals for improving the legal regulation of this area of activity.
