Risk assessment in the formation of a strategy for sustainable enterprise development

The modern economy is in a state of fundamental changes connected with changes in property relations, technologies, the development of globalization processes and the participation of the Russian Federation as a subject of the world economy. These changes take place in the process of reforming with the help of a set of working tools, among which the leading role is played by restructuring. The purpose of the article is the theoretical justification of factors and the analysis of risks affecting the restructuring of enterprises. The process of restructuring various enterprises with the aim of ensuring import substitution, improving the financial and economic activities of enterprises, modernizing the production process, overcoming the crisis phenomena is being actively pursued in the Russian Federation.
