Formation of the jury meeting board

The article is devoted to the results of the study of the formation of the ju-ry. The author gradually analyzes all the procedures for the formation of the jury. Based on the analysis of legal provisions and the opinions of scientists, the au-thor identifies a number of problems existing at the current stage, namely: 1) the non-transparency of the procedure for the formation of the list of candidates for the jury; 2) low turnout of citizens in court to participate in court as a juror; 3) formation of the illegal composition of the jury. Some aspects that contribute to the manifestation of these problems are evaluated and ways of overcoming them are suggested. The article formulates proposals for amending the existing legisla-tion in the formation of the jury.
