Analysis of the legal status of the child in Russia and Finland on a theoretical and legal levels

The basis of any modern State is the family. The main value in family life are children. Proper care for them is key to the prosperity of the State and society. And this problem should equally apply to the parents and the State. The State, through adequate support from the outside, social policy for families and children promotes stanovle6niju valuable citizens and the development of society as a whole. In connection with what appeared to be a topical review of the problem of the legal status of minors in Russia and Finland on a theoretical and legal levels. The author concludes that the rights of the child-a collection of moral and economic rights of the child, which provides its normal development, well-being and livelihoods, the legal regulation of these rights shall be made in accordance with international standards on the State level and mechanisms for the protection of the rights of the child covering international and national remedies.
