The possibility of establishing the period of production of the document in civil and arbitration proceedings

The paper shows that the main problem of evaluation of evidence in civil and arbitration proceedings is the establishment of the terms of production of documents and their certification as a signature and seal, which is determined by the possibility of providing documents. Each document, as established by the authors of the article, determines the economic content of the dispute for decision-making in court. It is established that these documents can be widely falsified. As a novelty of the study, it is determined that the problem of establishing the date of the document is determined by two components: the choice of the method and method of establishing the absolute limitation of the application of details (signature, handwritten notes and seal) on the document. In the work the analysis of the previously obtained patents in the analyzed area, and proposed mechanisms to identify possible cumulative impacts.
