The problems of assessing the effectiveness of financial and economic relations in the field of sanitary transport. The analysis of traditional economic criteria of financial activity of the enterprise is presented. Proposals for the implementation of the digital economy in health care and sanitary transport have been formed. It is concluded that traditional economic criteria are not applicable to them. Is concluded that application of the traditional economic criteria of efficiency to them is unacceptable and effectiveness need to be considered as a systematic goal-oriented category.
