The main players of the market of theme parks in Russia

This article provides an overview of the market situation of some of the largest theme park market players in the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the sociological survey, the authors compare the well-known theme parks of the Russian Federation on a set of individual characteristics, including the level of park attendance, the market share that each of them occupies in the industry, the assessment of real and potential revenue associated with the brand of each park. The author conducts a comparative analysis of the dynamics of each indicator since 2013, based on the data obtained in 2018. The calculations are based both on data obtained from a survey of consumers of relevant services and on data from open sources, including data from the Russian Federal State Statistics Service.
