State regulation of economics in social entrepreneurship

In the world practice, socially significant business is regulated by the regulatory and legal framework, including in the use of profit for the development and promotion of the project. In our country, unfortunately, while the boundaries of socially significant entrepreneurship are not legally defined. And above all, special legal forms are needed for such organizations. Social entrepreneurship, of course, can be competitive and self-sufficient, and this is confirmed by foreign experience. The spread of successful practices in the field of social entrepreneurship, the formation of public confidence and the changing image of both the entrepreneur himself and the social business as a whole will lead to an explosive growth of social entrepreneurship in our country. The dialogue between business and government on this topic is not only being conducted, but it is already bringing its results. This article discusses the notion of "social entrepreneurship", analyzes the legislative regulation of this field of activity, creates government support measures and regulates, and provides foreign practice on this issue.
