Of the many indicators for assessing the efficiency of the economy, only the level and rate of growth of labor productivity allow us to give a comprehensive assessment of it. For the extremely important economic growth in the conditions of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to take additional measures to stimulate higher labor productivity at different levels of government, from government to enterprise. Among these measures, the adoption of the minimum wage in an hour, and not in a month, like ours, should be, and the gap in the salaries of top managers and ordinary employees of state-owned enterprises cannot exceed the ratio of eight to one. Marx singles out in the newly created value the necessary and surplus parts. It is necessary to allocate the third part - the content of the state. This part is the same as the previous two. Charging it in the form of taxes from employees and employers, as well as taking profits in favor of the owners, reduces the amount of wages. The efficiency of the economy for the population is determined not only by the level of income, but also by the magnitude of expenditures. There are not enough market mechanisms for regulating prices for goods and services; the state should be involved in setting prices, including for the services of credit institutions, since half of the population actually uses loans. An overestimated rate on loans means that banks assign an unreasonably high share of value added produced in the sphere of production, reducing its part intended for other participants in economic activity.
