The features of approaches of studying of the international standards of quality management in higher educational institutions

The determinants which led to modernization of an education system, including regarding management of its quality are considered in this article; the main theses of quality management in a higher educational institution, feature of work in this direction are defined; differences in traditional and modern control systems of quality of education are revealed; the education quality management mechanism is defined; features of the Bologna education system, its pluses and minuses are considered; the results of realization of the specified control system of education are summed up, the directions of improvement of quality of education in higher educational institutions are offered.
