On some issues of innovation management agricultural machine-building enterprises

The article is devoted to a number of questions of management of innovative activity of the enterprises of agricultural mechanical engineering. This, in particular, concerns a new approach to the modern development of innovations - going beyond individual enterprises and the use of ideas and experience of consumers of new agricultural machinery, which makes it possible to make extensive use of infrastructure. As one of the issues of management of innovative activity of agricultural engineering enterprises, a brief analysis of the management of business models as structural, operational and financial mechanisms of commercial enterprises is given. It is concluded that the activation of innovative enterprises of agricultural engineering requires to improve the management of the innovation process, taking into account the economic interests of its participants.
